Policies
- To secure your appointment, a 50% booking fee will be charged which is non-refundable and non-changeable. This amount will be taken off the cost of your booked treatment.
- If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance which can be done free of charge.

If you cancel within 48 hours, the 50% booking fee will be retained to cover loss of earnings.
- Arriving late will cut into your appointment time.
