Meet Katy, the owner of Refined.
Katy has always had a genuine passion for the beauty industry, particularly skincare and helping people feel confident in their own skin. Before opening Refined, she spent years working as a business and computing teacher in a secondary school, building a rewarding career in education.
Although she enjoyed teaching, her passion for skincare continued to grow. She decided to take a new direction and trained extensively in advanced aesthetic and skin treatments, combining her background in business with her love for beauty to create Refined.
Today, Katy offers personalised treatments in a welcoming, relaxed environment, taking the time to understand each client's individual goals. Her focus is on enhancing natural beauty through results-based treatments and honest advice, helping clients achieve healthy, glowing skin and long-lasting results.
